End-User License Agreement: Dieckert Group Books Connector (effective October 31, 2026). The Dieckert Group (“we”) built the Dieckert Group Books Connector for our own internal use. LICENSE: Use of this application is limited to The Dieckert Group and the people we authorize. It is not sold, licensed or offered to anyone else. WHAT IT DOES: The application reads accounting data from our own QuickBooks Online company. It does not change data in QuickBooks. NO OTHER USERS: No outside party may use, copy or distribute this application. NO WARRANTY: The application is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, for internal use only. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
