Heath Dieckert's life's work is to guide America's top business leaders through his unique coaching model which helps leaders identify opportunities for improvement, change ineffective root behaviors and belief systems, and obtain social proof that positive and permanent change has been achieved.

Heath served as an executive for Fortune 50 companies and startups for over 15 years, and worked with some of the world's best coaches including Marshall Goldsmith, Mary Morrissey and Noel Osborn. Having experienced fulfillment through coaching and mentoring fellow executives, Heath heeded a call to dedicate his life to the radical support of other great leaders and founded The Dieckert Group.

Heath holds a BS in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Process Improvement, and Business Efficiencies from Texas A&M University. He is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coach, Global Leader of the Future 360-Degree Assessment Coach and a SOLID Certified Executive Leadership Coach.

Heath is deeply passionate about conscious capitalism – "A rising tide lifts all boats." He is also passionate about being a great father to his two amazing daughters, is an avid rock climber, and is training to become a sport pilot.


Dr. John Burrows

Dr. John Burrows brings three decades of experience in global business and strategic planning, further sharpened by more than a decade at some of the world’s top business schools.

After earning a B.S. in economics from Vanderbilt in 1988, he joined Ingenieurbüro Glöckl in Munich as a financial analyst for development projects with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Here, he was responsible for projects in Africa, Asia, and Europe. He later managed joint ventures between organizations in various parts of Europe, helping to start new ventures in Poland, Turkey, Yugoslavia, and Russia. Shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, he moved to Ernst & Young in the former East German city of Leipzig, where he conducted mergers and acquisitions of former East German conglomerates. His work on numerous continents cuts across a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, medical device manufacturing, banking, and entertainment.

John returned to the United States in 1994 and joined Dell Computer Corporation as it was beginning its global expansion, setting up and managing financial systems across Asia.

After receiving a Ph.D. in business from Tulane University in 2002, he joined the faculty of the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 and was selected as managing director of UT’s executive MBA program in 2009. His executive leadership course is routinely rated a favorite class by students thanks to his unique mix of academic theory and real-world experience.

With decades of corporate and academic experience under his belt, John now offers guidance previously only available to his students and alumni: individualized leadership coaching and organizational development consulting to clients of every size and industry. By helping organizations structure their organizations and lead their teams in a way to maximize their abilities, his clients experience substantial leaps in organizational improvement and performance.

Dr. Noel Osborn

Dr. Noel Osborn is an executive coach and facilitator focusing on the development of effective leaders and teams. Noel has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and specializes in the use of “assessment for development” technology with clients. This process employs 360° (multi-rater) instruments to measure the personal impact of leaders and team members, supported by personality inventories which indicate the “why” behind the impact. The process has proven to be highly successful when used in conjunction with leader awareness interventions and team-building behavior development. Noel is also a specialist in the dynamics of high-performance teams and focuses on elements of “social intelligence” and “neuroscience” in understanding the inter-workings of group development.

Noel has been associated with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) since 1979 and was responsible for bringing CCL’s Leadership Development Program (LDP)® to Mexico for Latin American leaders. In 1983, Noel formed TEAM International®, formerly a Network Associate of CCL. Since then, over 10,000 executives have taken TEAM International® programs across the American Continents, including some 7,500 Latin Americans.

As an executive coach, Noel works with senior managers and their teams, including C-level executives. Principal clients include Citigroup, where he has been one of the coaches for the Top-100 executive group. Noel has had a long-standing coaching/training relationship with other organizations, including Colgate-Palmolive, DuPont, Pepsico/Frito-Lay, Unilever, and more recently, Airbus Helicopters, General Electric. and VF Corp.

Noel holds a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder. His major field was Human Resource economics.
