Privacy Policy: Dieckert Group Books Connector (effective October 31, 2026). The Dieckert Group (“we”) operates the Dieckert Group Books Connector, a private internal application. It connects only to our own QuickBooks Online company so we can keep our accounting records in our own private systems. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses. INFORMATION WE ACCESS: With our own authorization, the application reads accounting data from our QuickBooks Online company, such as customers, vendors, invoices, payments, bills and accounts. It only reads data. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks. HOW WE USE IT: We use this data only to run our own business: bookkeeping, reporting and reconciliation. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT IT: Data is stored on our own private server, which is reachable only through our private network. Access keys are held in secure credential storage and are not shared. SHARING: We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, except as required by law or with our own professional advisers. RETENTION AND REMOVAL: We keep accounting records as long as our business needs them or the law requires. We can disconnect the application from QuickBooks at any time, which stops all access.
